We’re partnering with a highly respected, independent accountancy practice with over 170 years of history. This firm is known for its strong client relationships, supportive environment, and commitment to professional excellence. They’re now looking for an Audit Manager to join their growing team in Northampton.

As an Audit Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of audit clients, manage a team of auditors, and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services. You’ll also contribute to the development of junior staff and help shape the future of the audit department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review audit assignments from planning to completion
• Lead and mentor audit teams, ensuring high standards of work and development
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Ensure compliance with audit regulations and internal quality standards
• Support partners with business development and strategic initiatives

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
