Audit Manager, Liverpool – £55,000 to £65,000

This role involves leading and overseeing audit assignments from planning to completion, coordinating with clients, managing audit tasks, and ensuring high-quality work. Audit Manager - Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit assignments
- Ensure audits are completed on time and meet firm standards
- Prepare budgets, monitor progress, and address variances
- Track time and resources to keep engagements within budget

Client Interaction
- Act as a primary contact for clients during engagements
- Handle queries and maintain clear communication
- Liaise with Directors to ensure alignment with department objectives

Team Leadership
- Supervise junior team members, reviewing their work
- Provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Audit Manager - Experience Required:
- Qualified Accountant: ACCA or equivalent qualification
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Proven experience in audit and accounts
- Up-to-date with relevant accounting and auditing standards
