As an Audit Manager, you will oversee audits from planning through to completion, provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, and work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders. • Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors
• Lead audits from planning through to completion, liaising with clients and colleagues throughout
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team
• Ensure compliance with UK auditing standards and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality service
• Assist Partners with business development and practice growth initiatives

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
• Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
