About the Role:
As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strategising the Audit Department. With the support of the firm-wide Leadership Forum, you'll oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring the delivery of top-notch audit services. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, providing strategic insights, and nurturing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a client portfolio, conducting audits and providing strategic insights.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Manage multiple assignments efficiently, handling financial aspects effectively.
Coach and develop team members to maximise their potential.
Engage in external networking events to support departmental objectives.
Cultivate internal and external networks to drive personal and professional growth.

The successful candidate:
Proven experience in managing external audits.
In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, and ISAs.
ACA or ACCA qualification.
Strong time management skills and a knack for meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
Understanding of commercial businesses and key success factors.
