In this position, you’ll lead a wide range of audit and accountancy projects, working closely with partners on everything from team planning to client delivery. You'll meet with clients and their finance teams, lead review meetings, and ensure every job runs smoothly from planning to completion.

You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture, and helping drive the firm’s continued growth.

• Managing and reviewing audit and accounts assignments across varied sectors
• Planning staff allocations and overseeing workflow
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless service
• Supporting the development of junior team members
• Contributing to internal development and future business strategy
