I'm working exclusively with a fast-growing, values-driven firm that's making serious waves in the audit market-especially across the UK's vibrant mid-market space. They're now looking to hire an Audit Partner to lead growth in Manchester and the wider North West.

This is an opportunity for someone well-connected in the regional business community, who knows the mid-market inside out, and who's ready to step into a leadership role with real autonomy and influence.

The Role:

• Lead and grow an audit portfolio with full Partner-level responsibility
• Drive new business through your network and regional insight
• Develop and nurture client relationships across the North West
• Option to carve out a sector or technical specialism (if desired)
• Be a visible, strategic leader in the Manchester office and across the firm

The Ideal Profile:

• A qualified audit professional (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with experience at Director/Partner level
• A strong commercial mindset and track record of winning work
• Well-networked in the North West mid-market scene
• Entrepreneurial, energetic, and keen to help shape the future of the firm
• A natural people leader, committed to team development and a strong culture
