Our client - a well-established, forward-thinking accountancy practice serving entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals across Central and Southern England - is looking for an Audit Semi-Senior to join their Banbury office. This permanent role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle, along with a competitive salary of £36,000 to £45,000.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base
• Work on a variety of audit assignments across different industries
• Prepare audit files, lead or assist with audit planning, and carry out fieldwork with increasing responsibility
• Ensure audit assignments (or sections of larger audits) are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget
• Prepare corporation tax computations
• Manage your own workload efficiently while exceeding client expectations
• Supervise, train, and support junior colleagues
• Occasionally assist with accounts preparation alongside audit-focused duties

• ACCA/ACA part-qualified
• 1-2 years' UK audit practice experience
• Experience with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH is advantageous
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive and confident attitude, creating a great impression with clients and colleagues
• A team player who can also work independently and follow established procedures
