• Leading audits for your own portfolio of clients, with direct access to managers, directors, and partners

• Preparing high-quality audit files and working across statutory and non-statutory accounts

• Taking a proactive role in training and supervising junior team members, reviewing their work and guiding their development

• Collaborating with other departments, especially tax, to deliver a joined-up client experience

• Drafting journals involving more complex accounting principles

• Managing your workload to meet budgets and deadlines, escalating variances when needed

• Providing flexible support to your wider team, adapting to fast-moving priorities

• You're currently studying for ACA or ACCA - or recently qualified

• You're confident communicating with clients and building trust quickly

• You enjoy mentoring junior staff and stepping into a leadership role

• You're solutions-focused, eager to learn, and not afraid of a challenge
