Audit Senior

The business
We are currently working with one of UKs largest accountancy firm operating internationally with over 6,000 global employees, 100 of which are in the UK, in the recruitment of a Senior Auditor, based in Manchester. 

Role
As a Senior Auditor, you will play a key role in delivering audit fieldwork, conducting substantive and analytical procedures. You’ll take ownership of planning and completing audit assignments, ensuring files are well-documented and complaint and preparing statutory financial statements.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment that supports continuous learning, teamwork, and development, helping others while building your own leadership capabilities.
Duties include :

• Planning and completion of audits fieldwork and assignment
• Prepare statutory financial statements for client data
• Highlight high level risk areas
• Finalise audits assignments
• Manage a team of junior auditors

Person

• ACA or ACCA qualified / finalist
• Strong audit experience with sound technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A collaborative, respectful, and proactive approach
