A medium-sized firm in Hertfordshire are looking to expand their Audit department, seeking ambitious PQ or NQ individuals like YOU to join and develop the team further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse client portfolio, simultaneously maintaining a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Assist with and manage audit assignments.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audits to clients.
• Supervise and mentor trainees with their tasks.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• ACCA/ ACA part-qualified or AAT newly qualified.
• 2-4 years UK practice experience.
• Knowledge of accounting software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
