Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage statutory audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards (UK GAAP/IFRS)
• Supervise and develop junior team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and delivering exceptional service
• Identify risks and control weaknesses, providing practical recommendations to clients
• Support on wider assurance and advisory projects as required

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with significant audit experience within a UK practice
• Strong technical expertise in auditing standards (ISA/UK GAAP/IFRS)
• Proven experience leading audits and managing teams
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proactive, commercially aware, and eager to progress within a Top 10 firm
