A highly respected independent accountancy firm in Hull is looking to recruit an experienced Audit Senior to join their expanding audit team. What you'll be doing:

• Take the lead on audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Prepare high-quality statutory accounts in line with UK reporting standards.
• Produce corporation tax computations and collaborate with internal tax teams.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, offering proactive audit support and insight.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop their skills.
• Work closely with managers and partners to deliver efficient, high-quality audit work.

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or close to qualification).
• Audit experience within a UK accountancy practice.
• Ability to manage a varied client base and adapt to different sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally to client sites.
