Audit Senior

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead audits from planning through to final report, working closely with an Audit Manager to deliver accurate, efficient and compliant audits across a varied client base.
You’ll:

• Plan and design audit procedures based on risk and business understanding
• Carry out fieldwork and testing of transactions, balances, and controls
• Evaluate internal controls and suggest improvements
• Ensure full compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations
• Build trusted relationships with clients and communicate findings clearly
• Finalise and issue audit reports with well-justified opinions

What we’re looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (newly qualified or with some post-qual experience)
• Proven experience in external audit (ideally within public practice)
• Someone who’s structured, analytical and confident working independently
• A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with clients and colleagues
