Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and deadlines.
Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to each client's needs.
Perform detailed testing of financial data, internal controls, and compliance procedures.
Analyse audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the engagement.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualification, or actively pursuing certification (part-qualified).
Previous experience in practice accountancy, with a focus on audit engagements.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
