The Role of a Audit Senior Associate:

• Lead external audit assignments from fieldwork through to completion
• Review work prepared by junior colleagues and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Prepare financial statements under UK GAAP
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted contact
• Work closely with senior staff and managers to deliver assignments to deadline and budget

The Ideal Audit Senior Associate Candidate:

• AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part-qualified, ideally with 18+ months of audit experience
• Experience leading audits under International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Good knowledge of financial reporting requirements under UK GAAP
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience using Caseware and Mercia audit methodologies would be a bonus
