An outstanding Top 100 Accountancy Practice based in the Loughton area is seeking an Audit Senior to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that offers exposure to Corporate Finance, R&D, and more, allowing you to build on your current skill set.

Day to day of the role:

• Preparing statutory financial statements from client data and highlighting high-level risk areas or matters of concern to the Partner and Manager.
• Completing audit fieldwork with planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, usually on-site at client premises.
• Planning the execution and finalisation of audit assignments for Partner and Manager review, ensuring audit files have appropriate and sufficient documentation.
• Liaising with clients to build strong relationships and dealing with queries quickly and efficiently.
• Leading and managing the work of other team members, providing advice, mentoring, and coaching to support their continued professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified.
• At least 3-4 years of experience working within an Accountancy Practice.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients.
• Good communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing audits from planning to completion.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions.
