📄 Contract Type: Full-time - 37 hours per week
💰 Salary: up to £28,500 based on experience

About this role:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Auditions Coordinator to join our Student Recruitment team at ICMP London.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of auditions, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for applicants. You’ll play a key part in supporting applicant conversion by optimising scheduling, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, and working closely with Academic, Admissions, and Facilities teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and scheduling on-campus and virtual auditions

- Managing audition logistics, documentation, and applicant check-in

- Maintaining accurate CRM data and tracking audition outcomes

- Supporting academic staff and ensuring sessions run smoothly

- Monitoring attendance, conversion rates, and follow-up activity

- Providing an excellent experience for prospective students

About you:

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable)

- Experience in recruitment, admissions, or event coordination is a plus
