Job Type: Permanent or Long-Term Contract
Location: Leeds – Face-to-Face

Pulse is currently seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join an exciting new service in Leeds, working face-to-face with individuals undergoing autism and ADHD assessments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician passionate about neurodevelopmental work to join a supportive and forward-thinking team.


The role is available on either a permanent basis or as a long-term contract, offering flexibility to suit your career goals and lifestyle. Whether you're looking for stability or the freedom of locum work, we’d love to hear from you.


The Role


You will be responsible for:



  • Conducting comprehensive autism and ADHD assessments

  • Delivering diagnostic formulations and contributing to multi-disciplinary team discussions

  • Writing high-quality reports and providing feedback to clients and families

  • Supporting service development and best practice in neurodevelopmental assessment

Requirements



  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist

  • Final-year doctoral students with relevant assessment experience will also be considered

  • Experience in autism and/or ADHD assessment (ADOS/ADI-R training desirable)

  • Strong report writing and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
