Auto Service Manager

Amour Recruitment is seeking a Service & Operations Manager to be based at our client’s depot in Totton.

You will take the lead in running a successful operation, ensuring both their Service department and workshop control continue to grow.

Duties include:

• Driving depot growth and profitability while ensuring operational excellence.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team, supporting their training and well-being.
• Maintaining outstanding manufacturer dealer standards
• Delivering top-tier customer service, building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Personal requirements:

• Experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive sector
• Proven leadership and management skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• A passion for high standards and great service

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1800. Every third Saturday 0800-12noon

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and additional benefits to be discussed at interview.
