This established company have been operating since 1990 and specialise in providing bespoke steel masonry support for a variety of commercial and some residential projects. As they continue to expand their portfolio and design team, they are looking to bring in experienced talent to lead projects and uphold their reputation for quality and precision.

In this varied role, you will work closely with the Design Manager and a team of technicians, taking ownership of detailed designs and steelwork layouts from concept to completion. You will create high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, working closely with clients, architects, and project stakeholders throughout the process.

This role would suit a AutoCAD Designer or similar looking to join a growing, reputable company offering project leadership responsibilities, excellent training, and real progression.

The Role:
* Produce and oversee manufacturing drawings
* Use AutoCAD for 2D and 3D steel design
* Collaborate with architects, clients, and internal teams
* Support and mentor junior designers

The Person:
* Experienced CAD Designer or similar
* Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D
* Background in construction / steelwork
* Commutable to Sheffield
