Salary: £34,370 per annum plus Private healthcare, upskilling and training

My client specialise in Automation and Distribution systems. With over 20 sites in the UK and multi-billion-pound turnover my client is growing and growing as the world goes more technical. They are currently looking for a Automation Assistant to join the team on site supporting the Maintenance Function, improving the flow of the warehouse and willing to grow and progress with a large engineering team. The Role

As an Automation Assistant you will

-            Be involved in supporting of the Maintenance Function

-            Working and troubleshooting Mechanically and Electrically

-            Site walkarounds ensuring the site is suitable for work

-            Following safety procedures in the Maintenance world

-            Maintain and repair automated handling equipment

The Candidate

As an Automation assistant we are looking for:

-            Someone with a positive and results oriented attitude

-            An aspirational engineer who is looking for potential progression and upskilling

-            A proactive person, ideally with experience in Automation environment

-            A strong communicator

-            Someone who is happy working in a team and have own initiative

-            Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2.0x
