We have a great opportunity for an experienced Automation Developer with experience in UI Path and Power BI to play a key role in the execution of a company-wide automation program, with the support of senior leadership and a collaborative team
Responsibilities:
Identify areas for process optimisation and develop efficient, automated solutions. Analyse new processes and estimate resource needs for quick feasibility assessment. Maintain clear documentation of processes to ensure knowledge transfer and automation best practices. Collaborate on designing robust and scalable automation architecture. Develop high-performing, efficient, and reliable software solutions. Design, code, test, document, and maintain complex software systems (including refactoring for improved maintainability). Participate in project estimation and planning using an iterative approach. Stay current with the latest technological advancements and assess their value for process improvement. Deeply analyse, understand, and document business processes. Identify and communicate technical infrastructure needs for new processes. Configure new workflows following core principles (efficiency, structure, maintainability, clarity). Support existing processes and implement change requests through a structured change control process. Work within project constraints, communicating risks and issues to project management and contributing to change control. Create and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases. Support operational teams during UAT and rollout phases.
Qualifications:
Min of 3 years automation development experience Experience with Power BI and UI Path Proficient in object-oriented design principles Experience working with databases and APIs Skilled in various programming languages (e.g., VB.net, C#) for development tasks Experience with cloud-based functionalities
