Salary: Up to £70,000

A leading financial services business is undergoing a major digital transformation and AI is central to that vision.

We're hiring two AI & Automation Developers to help design and build intelligent tools that automate core business tasks and streamline operational processes. This is not a back-office role, your work will directly impact efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across a highly regulated, enterprise-scale environment.

You'll work at the forefront of agentic AI systems, leveraging platforms like Azure AI and automation tools such as UiPath and Automate Anywhere to solve real-world problems through scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Architecting and developing AI-driven tools to automate complex business operations
• Deploying intelligent agents and automation workflows across enterprise processes
• Driving AI adoption by integrating Azure AI Services and other ML capabilities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes

Tech you'll need:

• Strong experience building AI and automation solutions in production environments
• Proven hands-on expertise with platforms like UiPath or Automate Anywhere
• Cloud-native development experience, preferably in Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with agentic automation, intelligent agents, or large language model integrations
• Programming skills in Python and either SQL, Java, or R

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in the Birmingham office, offering a salary of up to £70,000.
