Salary: £41-46k + benefits
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 7:00am-3:00pm / 3:00pm-11:00pm (rotating weekly)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automation Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing business. You'll play a key role in maintaining and servicing machinery across a range of departments including Injection Moulding, Automation Assembly, Fabrication, and Regrind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine, proactive, and reactive maintenance of production and automation machinery
• Tool changes and mechanical adjustments in line with production requirements
• Monitor machine performance, maintain detailed records, and ensure operational efficiency
• Support health and safety compliance, including regular audits
• Liaise with team leaders, planners, and contractors to minimise downtime
• Work flexibly to support production priorities, including potential overtime

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience with Injection Moulding machinery
• Relevant engineering apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience
• Strong health and safety awareness and a proactive approach to machinery care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
