TXM Recruit are supporting a major automated distribution business in the search for an experienced Automation Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly automated site, working on cutting-edge parcel handling and automation equipment within a fast-paced environment.
The Role Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on automated machinery. Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults. Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability and performance. Complete maintenance documentation and fault reporting. Work closely with the wider engineering and operations teams to maximise site performance.Requirements NVQ Level 3, ONC or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Previous experience maintaining automated production or material handling equipment. Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills. Experience within automation, manufacturing, logistics or distribution environments. Full UK Driving Licence.IND4 Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
