Automation Tester

Role : Senior Automation Tester

Senior automation testers with strong knowledge on Selenium and Java who will be a part of the automation factory set up in RSA. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through efficient and effective automation testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

•              Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

•              Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and define test strategies.

•              Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure application functionality.

•              Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to support regression testing and continuous integration pipelines.

•              Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

•              Debug and troubleshoot issues within the automation framework and test scripts.

•              Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to automation standards.

•              Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

•              Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and best practices in automation testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

•              Strong proficiency in Java programming.

•              Hands-on experience with Selenium for web application testing.

•              Knowledge of test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or similar.

•              Experience with version control tools such as Git.

•              Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.

•              Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

•              Ability to write clear and concise test scripts and documentation.

•              Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

•              Excellent communication and teamwork skills
