Aftersales Manager – Salary DOE + OTE £91,200

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the full aftersales operation across service, parts and workshop
Coaching, motivating and developing Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams
Driving performance against targets, budgets and manufacturer KPIs
Spotting weaknesses, fixing them and building long‑term improvements
Ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional and consistent experience
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Aftersales Manager within a franchise dealership
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of manufacturer processes
Confident people manager with the ability to influence and motivate
Highly organised, methodical and able to prioritise workloads effectively
