THE ROLE

As Automotive Events Manager you will become an integral part of the team, working closely with the Account Management team for globally recognised clients.

Responsibilities as Automotive Events Manager include:

- End-to-end project management

- Client and venue liaison

- Budget management

- Negotiating with and managing suppliers

- Managing event and team logistics

- Ensuring health and safety is maintained

- Delegate management and communication

- Managing equipment and product assets

THE CANDIDATE

To qualify for this Automotive Events Manager role you must come from an events background (agency, creative, PR or marketing) and have proven skills in managing and developing relationships in addition to delivering projects. Candidates must have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external suppliers. A strong understanding of the automotive sector would be highly advantageous. Please note that this is a maternity cover of 6-8 months with a strong possibility of becoming permanent based on personal performance.
