Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Create engaging content, including photography, video, and graphics, to promote services and promote the company’s environmental initiatives
Maintain and optimise website content for SEO; oversee digital advertising campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with trade partners, industry organisations, and local businesses
Organise and support participation in trade exhibitions, industry events, and community projects
Monitor marketing performance, providing regular insights and reporting to senior management
Support online parts sales and other digital revenue streams, helping to increase brand reach and customer engagementRequirements of a Marketing & Social Media Manager: 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
Strong understanding of content creation, digital advertising, and analytics
Proficient in photography, videography, and basic editing skills
Knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, and website management
Excellent copy writing, organisational, and project management skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and demonstrate commercial awareness
