Vanta Staffing are looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Technician to join a growing bodyshop specialist in the Maidenhead area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Paint Technician to join an expanding business offering modern facilities, excellent earning potential and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
Prepare and repaint vehicles to a high standard.
Complete all work within allocated timescales.
Maintain excellent quality standards in line with customer and manufacturer expectations.
Support, supervise and train less experienced technicians.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Uncapped personal bonus scheme with OTE of £65,000+.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with workshop hours of 7:30 am–5:00 pm. Some flexibility on start and finish times, with Saturdays if required.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Technician within a bodyshop.
ATA accreditation or currently working towards it.
Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train junior technicians.
A reliable, conscientious and professional attitude.
