Automotive Paint Technician / Spray Painter

We are currently recruiting experienced Automotive Paint Technicians / Spray Painters to join a leading automotive engineering business based at Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting automotive projects within a professional, high-quality environment. The successful candidates will be involved in delivering premium paint finishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare vehicle panels and components for paint application.

* Mix and apply paints, primers, basecoats and clear coats.

* Carry out high-quality paint spraying to manufacturer and customer specifications.

* Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional finish and quality.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

* Work closely with the wider production team to meet project deadlines.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter or Paint Technician.

* Strong preparation and paint application skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience within automotive manufacturing, prototype, bodyshop or specialist vehicle environments is highly desirable.

* Flexible approach with a positive attitude towards overtime when required.

What's on Offer

* £25.00 - £28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
