Sales Administrator – Main Dealer | Haywards Heath

£14.00+ per hour | Monday to Friday | Main Dealer Opportunity

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with a background in the motor trade? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established main dealer in the Haywards Heath area, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team.

This is a busy, varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth administration of the sales process. You'll be working alongside one other Sales Administrator in a welcoming office environment.

What you'll be doing:

* Processing vehicle sales administration from order through to delivery.

* Preparing and maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records.

* Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

* Managing documentation and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and DVLA requirements.

* Using Power and Dealerweb systems (experience with these is highly desirable).

What we're looking for:

* Previous motor trade Administration experience is essential.

* Experience within a main dealer environment is highly advantageous.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

* A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a small team.

What's on offer:

* Salary from £14.00 per hour (depending on experience).

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm with some flexibility.

* 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
