Automotive New & Used Car Sales Manager required in Reading

Up to £50,000 basic + £20,000 OTE + company car

Monday to Saturday (with day off in the week)

Are you a proven leader in the motor trade, ready to take full ownership of a thriving dealership? Our client, a well-established main dealer in the Reading area, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day running of the site.

Due to an internal promotion, this busy site requires a passionate and personable Sales Manager to push their dealerships even further forward. This is a high-impact, high-reward role with strong earning potential and autonomy to make a real difference.

Your responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the sales operation, reporting to the General Manager
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
• Drive performance across new and used vehicle sales
• Maintain the highest levels of customer service and dealer standards
• Collaborate with senior management to deliver site profitability and growth

You must possess previous experience as a New & Used Car Sales Manager within a Franchised dealership.
