Automotive Service Manager

Our client based in Spalding is looking for a Service Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role you must have previous Automotive Management Experience.

Responsibilities of the Service Manager role are:

• Daily Management of the workshop, leading and overseeing the Service department, managing a team of highly skilled Technicians
• Organising the workflow in the service department.
• Reporting to upper management on Centre performance and KPI’s
• Employee reviews, training and development.
• Driving profitability
• Developing Service Procedures, Policies and standards
• Improving response and delivery times
• Manage the MOT Testers
