GTS Transportation is representing a leading automotive group in the Watford area that is on the lookout for a skilled and driven Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) to join their workshop team. Salary: £35,000 basic + bonus (OTE £45,000–£60,000)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Conducting diagnostics and identifying faults with precision
• Advising customers when required with clear, expert communication
• Working closely with the service team to ensure excellent customer experience
• Contributing to a collaborative workshop culture, supporting junior technicians

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• A strong understanding of diagnostics and repair procedures
• A detail-oriented approach and commitment to high standards
• A valid UK driving licence
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential
