We're working with a leading Automotive Training Provider in Wolverhampton who is looking for skilled professionals from Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, and Bus & Coach backgrounds to join their growing training team.

The day to day

• Teach and support apprentices in practical workshops and classroom lessons
• Prepare lesson plans and learning materials
• Act as a role model and mentor, guiding apprentices in their training and development
• Provide pastoral support to ensure learners thrive both technically and personally

Do you have the essential experience?

• Recent hands-on experience as a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, or Bus & Coach)
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Service & Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Experience mentoring apprentices, providing onsite training, or coaching others
• A genuine desire to inspire young learners and build a long-term career in teaching
