Location: UK (travel required)

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Warranty Auditor to support operations across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented automotive expert who thrives in a structured, standards-driven environment and enjoys working closely with OEM dealers and service teams. As an Automotive Warranty Auditor, you will ensure compliance with OEM service standards, evaluate workshop processes, and provide expert recommendations to enhance warranty accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive warranty audits in line with OEM service standards and guidelines

• Evaluate and analyse workshop and service processes to ensure compliance

• Identify process improvements and provide expert recommendations

• Collaborate with OEM dealers and service teams to ensure accurate warranty claims

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders

• Stay up to date with OEM repair technologies and automotive advancements

• Utilise MS Office and related systems to document and report findings

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong client relationships

Experience & Skills:

• Solid experience as an Automotive Warranty Auditor, Mechanic, or Automotive Engineer (experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager is advantageous)

• Strong knowledge of automotive retail, workshop systems, and OEM environments

• In-depth understanding of OEM repair technology and vehicle systems

• Proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• High level of mobility and flexibility to travel as required

• Strong integrity, accountability, and professional standards
