The Job
As the AV Director, your responsibilities will include:
Leading client engagement and building strong relationships and trust with your clients
Working closely with the communications planning team to develop audience insight and strategic plans
Overseeing the planning of all AV campaigns and ensuring they are delivered in line with the set KPIs
Negotiating and liaising with media owners and sales houses
Demonstrating an approachable leadership style while supporting and developing your team while setting clear career path goals
Tracking and supplying audit data and liaising with auditors

You
5+ years in an AV Planner/Buyer role at a Media Agency. Can be a Senior Manager or an established Account Director.
Have a multi-media understanding and 360 knowledge across all AV channels such as TV, Addressable TV, BVOD, Cinema and Radio
You are passionate about the UK TV marketplace and stay on top of industry trends
You have the ability to lead, influence and motivate a team
You have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
Strong communicator
