Are you an AV Engineer with experience in Home Automation, looking for a Monday-Friday role that offers a company van, fuel card, and the opportunity to increase your earnings through a performance-based bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing AV installation company, delivering high-end smart home projects across London and the surrounding areas. With a strong pipeline of work and a rapidly expanding client base, the company is looking to add a skilled AV professional to its team.

In this role, you'll be out on-site working on a variety of projects, meeting clients, and handling project documentation and write-ups.

The position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule (8am-5pm), along with a company van, fuel card, bonus scheme, and clear progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.

The Role:

• Install and configure Control4 and other smart home systems
• Work on residential AV installations (home cinema, lighting, networking, etc.)
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

The Person:

• AV Engineer with a background of home automation
• Hands-on experience with Control4 systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Hold a ECS card
• Based in or around the M25 area
