Optime Group is expanding in-house capabilities with the introduction of a Recruit, Clear & Train model — giving our clients access to fully compliant, airside-ready staff from day one. To support this, we're hiring a skilled and certified Aviation Trainer to deliver operational training across key aviation functions.

About the Role
As our Aviation Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering CAA-compliant training across areas such as:

• Airside Driving
• Pushback and Towing
• Aircraft Marshalling
• PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) Assistance
• Other operational airport roles as required

You’ll work closely with our recruitment and referencing teams to ensure every candidate is cleared, competent, and confident before starting work on site.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering aviation operational training at UK airports
• Certified Instructor Number (CIN) recognised by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong knowledge of airside safety, operational standards, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Ability to maintain accurate training records and support internal quality assurance
