The ideal Electrical Engineer Supervisor would have a background in mechanical engineering and ideally from military or aeronautics and be local, or, have plans to move to Anglesey, Wales. The Role: Review operational performance of aircraft systems and components Analyse and diagnose faults, apply technical knowledge to repair, modify, or improve procedures Ensure team meets maintenance schedules, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary Maintain personal and team competencies for aircraft/component work Demonstrate flexibility and proactive attitude, follow direction appropriately.
