Job Title: 2nd / 3rd Line Azure Cloud Support Engineer
Location: East London (Hybrid - Remote & Onsite Support)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Azure Cloud, networking, and support services? We're looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Azure Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing technical team based in East London.

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-level support across desktop, server, and cloud infrastructures.

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for end-users and clients (desktop, server, and mobile devices).

• Deliver telephone and remote support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Troubleshoot and support VoIP telephony systems at a basic to intermediate level.

• Monitor and maintain data center operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and hardware reliability.

• Handle PRTG monitoring, NTFS permissions, VLAN configuration, and access control.

• Proven experience in a 2nd / 3rd line support role within a Microsoft Azure-focused environment.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services - storage, identity, security, and related cloud components.

• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.

• Experience with Cisco networking technologies including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.

• Familiarity with VoIP systems and telephony troubleshooting.

• Confident in managing NTFS permissions, VLANs, and access control systems.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
