Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire with Hybrid Work Arrangements (2 days a week in the office)
Our client, a leading organisation in the region, is looking for an Azure specialist to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
Have accountability for the delivery of technical capabilities that support the software development lifecycle across the delivery portfolios, including the deployment of these environments and processes to the people and teams that are responsible for all systems and software life cycle engineering.
Own the end to end delivery lifecycle and the enabling technologies through to release and deployment including ongoing support.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
Proven experience within an Azure Cloud platform Environment where you have moved a large organisations systems from on-prem to Azure Cloud
Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery in large organisations.
Experience of the design and development of IT solutions including effective delivery governance and portfolio management concepts.
Extensive experience of working Agile/Scaled Agile and DevSecOps delivery methodologies.
Extensive experience of working with digital and cloud technologies, specifically Azure.
Excellent people management skills where you have led a 2 nd

/ 3 rd

line team who have undertook BAU and project activity.
Strong commercial and supplier management skills.
Significant experience of influencing senior stakeholders.
Extensive experience with 3rd party delivery teams.
Educated to degree level and or with appropriate professional qualification.
Desirable:
Understanding of the Utilities environment
Relevant certifications such as Azure, PMP, GCP, NSE, ITILv4, MCSM, MCA or MCM.
Ansible, Bicep, Terraform, networking, Jenkins, scripting languages, Azure, storage and databases.
