I’m working with a pioneering organisation in the UK fintech landscape who are on the hunt for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join their fast-moving Intelligent Automation Team.

This isn’t your average data gig. You’ll be building and scaling Azure-native pipelines that power the next phase of AI-led transformation in financial services. This role is a 12 month FTC and would suite someone who wants to dive into a new challenge for the next year or so.
Role as an Azure Data Engineer:

• Crafting and optimising data pipelines using Azure services
• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and analysts in an agile setup
• Owning user stories and driving sprint planning from a data perspective
• Sharing knowledge across tech teams and building documentation that lasts

Tech stack:

• Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Batch
• SQL, Cosmos DB
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps & Bicep Templates
• Bonus: Python and Power Platform exposure

Experience:

• 2–3+ years building scalable data solutions in Azure
• A strong grasp of cloud data architecture and agile delivery
• Excellent stakeholder communication — you can make technical concepts land with clarity
