Azure Solutions Developer

• Annual Salary: £51,500 - £57,300
• Location: Portsmouth, Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Join our team as an Azure Solutions Developer and leverage your expertise in cloud architecture to drive business transformation. This role involves designing, building, and deploying Azure-based solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient systems. You will work on the latest Azure services and provide technical guidance to deliver top-quality solutions.

• Collaborate with teams to design and deploy Azure-based solutions.
• Develop, test, and optimise cloud and other applications that power our business.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to ensure quality delivery.
• Develop and integrate APIs for smooth communication between applications.
• Implement Azure monitoring solutions to track performance and ensure optimal system health.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

• Strong experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of cloud security practices and deployment best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience in working with ERP systems (IFS) and GIS (ESRI) platforms is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
• Experience setting up and using Azure monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable cloud solutions.
• A growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
