Description
As the B2B Marketing Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
Lead and deliver the end-to-end freight marketing strategy aligned to commercial and sales goals Define and maintain a clear, consistent freight proposition across all touchpoints Develop integrated B2B campaigns and content to drive revenue and yield optimisation Build targeted content plans focused on key customer segments and verticals Ensure marketing supports pricing strategy, sales effectiveness, and commercial priorities Create and manage sales enablement materials, including presentations, toolkits, and campaign assets Standardise and enhance marketing collateral to ensure consistency and quality Partner with sales teams to support customer acquisition, retention, and growth Deliver an always-on content strategy, strengthening brand positioning and thought leadership Use data, insights, and digital channels to optimise campaigns, customer experience, and engagement
Profile
A successful B2B Marketing Manager should have:
8+ years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in freight, logistics, maritime transport, or road/rail, or freight forwarder Strong commercial marketing and sales enablement expertise Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns and content strategies Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution Experienced working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills Skilled in digital marketing and customer communications Commercially focused, aligning marketing activity to revenue and sales outcomes
Job Offer
The successful B2B Marketing Manager will receive £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus benefits. The role will be based in Surrey offices, Woking, and operate on a hybrid basis (3 in office, 2 from home) Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
