We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Support Executive to join our team and assist our sales department in achieving its goals. The Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, managing sales-related tasks, and ensuring a smooth sales process as well as onboarding our new school customers to the Twinkl platform. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
How you’ll spend your day:
- Sales Support: Provide sales administration support to the sales team, including order entry, tracking and fulfilment, ensuring customers get the access and products they need promptly.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and orders are entered into the system promptly.
- Customer Onboarding: Deliver onboarding webinars and engagement sessions for our school customers maximising the value of each sale for both the business and the customer.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the Sales Support function, and collaborate with the Sales team to implement solutions.
- Account management: Engaging with our School customers regularly to ensure understanding and usage of key products and services.
- Interaction with external providers: Ensuring external providers meet key SLAs and deliver excellent service consistently.
To succeed in the role you will have:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to enter and manage data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.
