About the Role:

Lead our expansion into the domestic market, leveraging an Energy-as-a-Service platform. With a customer-centric approach and focus on sustainability, drive sales growth and help us reach ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

Scale sales process, spreading our message of sustainable energy.
Recruit top-tier sales talent passionate about sustainability.
Lead and manage a team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
Collaborate with marketing for effective outreach.
Develop sales initiatives to expand domestic market presence.
Identify and onboard Sales Managers for key cities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong sustainability background preferred.
5-10 years B2C sales experience.
Proven success in managing high-performing sales teams.
Grassroots marketing and community engagement experience.
Previous Sales Managerial experience.
