Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Aspire People are currently recruiting for a welcoming primary school in B31 seeking a dedicated SEN TA to join their team ASAP.

📍 Location: B31
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏰ Hours: Full Time, 5 Days Per Week
📚 Setting: Primary School

The Role:
Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support.
Assisting with learning activities to promote engagement and progress.
Supporting children's emotional, social and academic development.
Implementing strategies and interventions in line with EHCPs where required.
Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:

✅ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Previous SEN experience in a primary school setting
✅ Strong behaviour management skills
✅ Patient, adaptable and caring approach
✅ Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
