Job Description - Back of House Staff

Our client is seeking dedicated Back of House Staff to join their kitchen team. As a member of our client's back of house team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and contributing to the delivery of high -quality culinary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and assembly according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including equipment and utensils
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure efficient service delivery
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential

Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
